Job Title: HR Intern Organization Development

Role Summary:

We are looking for an HR Intern to support Organization Development (OD) initiatives, HR policy formulation, and process improvement activities. This role offers exposure to strategic HR functions beyond recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and SOPs
  
• Support organization development initiatives and HR projects
  
• Help in process documentation and workflow standardization
  
• Conduct basic HR research, benchmarking, and data analysis
  
• Assist in employee engagement and change management activities
  
• Prepare presentations and reports for HR leadership
  

Eligibility:

• MBA (HR) student / Graduate with interest in OD and policy formulation
  
• Strong documentation and analytical skills
  
• Good communication and presentation skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  

Internship Details:

• Duration: 6 months
  
• Stipend: 5,000 per month
  
• Full-time employment opportunity upon successful completion of the internship, based on performance
