Job Description

Job Title: Human resources business partner/ HR executive
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: Evening Shift (Login between 6:30 PM 8:30 PM)
Cab Facility: Two-way transportation provided
Employment Type: Full-Time
Industry: BPO / ITES (Mandatory)
Experience Required: Minimum 1+ years in HRBP / HR Executive role within BPO


Educational Qualification: MBA in HR / Postgraduate in HR / Relevant Graduate Degree


Key Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Employee Engagement & Relations


  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Conduct regular connect sessions with employees through calls and virtual meetings
  • Drive engagement initiatives such as Town Halls, Leadership Connects, Skip-Level Meetings, and Focus Group Discussions
  • Foster a positive work culture and improve employee experience

2. HR Case Management


  • Handle employee grievance cases and disciplinary matters in coordination with managers.
  • Facilitate discussions between employees and reporting managers to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to HR compliance standards

3. Policy Implementation & Compliance


  • Implement HR policies, guidelines, and organizational initiatives effectively
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong stakeholder management and employee relations skills
  • Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance
  • High emotional intelligence with effective conflict resolution abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment

Preferred Candidate Profile:


  • Experience handling bulk employee strength in BPO/ITES
  • Exposure to shift-based work culture
  • Strong coordination skills with operations and leadership teams
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
