Role & responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed LAP sales targets.
  • Team Management:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth and customer retention.
  • Channel Management:Establish and strengthen distribution channels for sourcing LAP leads, including direct sales, digital channels, and third-party partners.
