Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities and revenue growth
  • Identify and develop client relationships
  • Manage sales pipeline and achieve targets
  • Lead negotiations and close deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions
  • Maintain long-term client partnerships

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar sales role
  • Strong B2B sales and client acquisition background
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in IT / Staffing / Services sales (preferred)
  • Target-driven with a strategic mindset
  • Ability to build and manage long-term client relationships
