Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with deep expertise in Tableau, SQL, and Python to transform raw, multi-source data into actionable insights. You will build and automate analytics pipelines, develop robust dashboards, design experimentation frameworks, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions and continuous product improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Dashboard Development & Visualization
Design, develop, and optimize interactive Tableau dashboards that deliver real-time insights into critical business metrics. Build automated reporting systems, ensuring scalability and performance for high-volume datasets. Craft compelling visualizations and narrative reports for stakeholders at all levels
Data Management & Advanced Analytics
Author and refine complex SQL queries, joins, window functions, and stored procedures to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources. Develop end-to-end ETL pipelines and data models to support analytics and BI requirements. Write reusable Python scripts for data cleaning, transformation, and automation of routine processes
Experimentation & Statistical Analysis
Lead A/B test design, execution, and analysis using sound statistical methods (hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, p-values)
Evaluate feature releases and program impacts, translating results into actionable recommendations for product and marketing teams
User & Behavioral Analytics
Analyze user journeys, event streams, and funnel metrics in tools such as Mix panel or equivalent. Uncover behavioral patterns to optimize customer experience and drive conversion improvements
E-commerce Metrics Monitoring
Track and report on KPIs: conversion rate, average order value, customer acquisition cost, cart abandonment, and seller program ROI
Perform SERP and SEO analysis to identify visibility gaps and keyword opportunities. Evaluate inventory and assortment performance; recommend measures to optimize catalog and fulfillment efficiency
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
Present complex analyses in clear, concise terms to business, technical, and leadership audiences. Partner with marketing, product, sales, and IT to define requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
Provide training and documentation to empower users in dashboard navigation and data interpretation
