Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Connect with existing and new customers and generate leads for Petpooja Payroll
  • To explain newly released features of Payroll to the existing clients.
  • Explain Payroll product and convert them into positive leads and then guide them regarding the process for the same.
  • Need to achieve the assigned target.
  • To maintain a good relationship with customers.

Additional Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, lead generation, or customer success.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products, payroll solutions, or B2B sales is a plus.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to explain product features clearly and convert leads.
  • Customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
  • Target-driven with excellent goal orientation.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data tracking.
