Role Description
Were hiring a Business Development Executive focused on outbound lead generation and outreach. Your responsibility is to take ownership from prospect research outreach follow-ups qualification scheduling meetings. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent pipeline activity.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead Generation & Research*
- Identify and build prospect lists for:
- Micro-drama apps
- OTT platforms
- YouTubers/YouTube networks & content businesses
- Find relevant decision-makers (Founders, Content Heads, Growth/Marketing, Production, Partnerships, Localization teams).
- Maintain clean prospect data and segmentation using Google Sheets/Docs.
Multi-Channel Outreach & Follow-ups
- Primary: Email + LinkedIn outreach
- Secondary (under company supervision): Calls + WhatsApp
- Personalize outreach messages and run structured follow-up sequences.
- Qualify interested leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Qualification & Internal Coordination
- Capture key qualification details (need, type of content, approximate volumes, timelines).
- Coordinate with Sales/Marketing for better messaging, case studies, decks, and follow-up angles.
- Share structured meeting notes so Sales is fully prepared.
Reporting & Process
- Maintain outreach logs, lead status, and outcomes in Google Workspace.
- Share weekly performance reporting during probation (no hard targets until probation completion).
Requirements
- Strong communication: clear writing + confident speaking.
- Comfortable with outbound work, follow-ups, and consistent execution.
- Willingness to learn, unlearn, and adapt quickly.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail, Calendar).
- Freshers are welcometraining will be provided, but you must be proactive and disciplined.
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Prior experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, or internships in sales/marketing
- Understanding of media, dubbing, localization, content businesses
