We are hiring Customer Support Associates (Voice Process) .The role involves handling inbound customer calls and resolving customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries related to products/services
Provide accurate information and first-call resolution
Maintain proper call documentation and follow SOPs
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduates / Undergraduates
Experience: Freshers to 2 years (024 months)
Languages Required:
Hindi & English (Mandatory)
Skills:
Good verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of customer support roles
Customer-focused attitude
