About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Bulk Hiring Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in high-volume hiring, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to meet aggressive hiring targets while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and walk-ins.
- Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers and Ops teams.
- Organize and manage drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring events.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and daily hiring updates.
- Ensure timely closure of large-scale hiring demands.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, HRBPs, and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).
- 1-4 years of experience in bulk/volume hiring (BPO/ITES experience preferred).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly hiring targets
- Flexible to extend shifts and willing to work on weekends.
- Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and ATS tools.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
