Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Understand and align with the organizations vision, values, and policies.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization to improve visibility and ranking.
• Audit websites for technical SEO issues, including Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation, and mobile performance.
• Monitor and report keyword performance, traffic trends, and user engagement using GA4, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across digital assets.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, and Clearscope for keyword clustering, content optimization, and automation of routine SEO tasks.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of AI-assisted content in line with E-E-A-T and SEO standards.
• Assist with backlink management, link-building, and outreach activities.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports and identify actionable insights.
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates, AI search evolution (SGE), and automation trends to continuously improve SEO outcomes

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or in-house role.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics / GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Understanding of technical SEO, schema markup, page speed optimization, and content best practices.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with AI or automation tools used in SEO or analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and insights.
