Job Description
About Position:
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can drive our social media presence across platforms, build engagement and strengthen our brand voice. The ideal candidate will manage organic campaigns, content planning and execution, performance tracking and community management, while collaborating closely with marketing, design and leadership teams.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for content inputs, approvals and storytelling opportunities
- Manage the weekly social media calendar, including briefing, copywriting, creative direction, scheduling and publishing
- Monitor social conversations around the corporate brand and lead community engagement
- Track performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure cohesive campaigns
- Support leadership social strategy and personal branding initiatives
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes and best practices
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Proven experience managing social media for B2B/tech brands
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills tailored to each platform
- Ability to repurpose long-form content (blogs, webinars, reports) into social-native formats
- Experience building and scaling organic social media programs on Linkedin
- Ability to grow engagement and followers organically through content and community strategy
- Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong design sense and visual understanding (knowledge of design tools not mandatory)
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights
- Hands-on experience with social scheduling and analytics tools
- Understanding of organic algorithm drivers across LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms
- Experience driving community engagement through comments, DMs and proactive outreach
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field
- 56 years of relevant social media experience
- Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail
- Proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
