Senior Python Developer @ Tata Consultancy

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

In-depth knowledge of Python
Experience in developing and delivering data-centric applications
Building reusable code and libraries
Strong experience in building RESTful APIs or web frameworks using Python
Proficiency in designing and building microservices architecture (preferably in cloud)
At least 2 years of professional experience with Google Cloud Platform or other cloud platforms in application deployment
Hands-on experience and understanding of Docker
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Ability to support and mentor junior developers
Excellent communication skills
Providing accurate time estimates for tasks
Familiarity with agile methodology
Professional experience in designing and deploying microservices with observability at the core using Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, or equivalent stack
Hands-on experience and understanding of Kubernetes

Deep understanding of cloud security
Experience with SQL
