About the Role

Were looking for a passionate and experienced Oracle Service Bus (OSB) Developer to join our integration team. In this role, youll be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-grade interfaces and APIs that connect core banking systems and financial applications across a unified digital platform. You'll work in a fast-paced, global environment where innovation, collaboration, and performance are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze integration requirements and propose appropriate SOA-based solutions using Oracle Service Bus 12c+
• Design and develop interfaces, APIs, and integration flows with high performance and scalability in mind
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and security standards
• Troubleshoot and optimize Oracle WebLogic and OSB configurations for maximum uptime and performance
• Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams across geographies
• Support functional and performance testing phases, providing root cause analysis and fixes as needed
• Work in Agile-based delivery models and contribute to sprint planning and demos

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience in middleware development using Oracle Service Bus (OSB)
• Strong expertise in Oracle WebLogic, Java, Oracle Database, and PL/SQL
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, SOA principles, and enterprise service design
• Ability to troubleshoot complex OSB and WebLogic issues and implement configuration/performance improvements
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Core Banking integrations
• Exposure to IBM Integration Bus or other middleware platforms
• Familiarity with financial messaging standards and API security frameworks
