About the Role
Were looking for a passionate and experienced Oracle Service Bus (OSB) Developer to join our integration team. In this role, youll be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-grade interfaces and APIs that connect core banking systems and financial applications across a unified digital platform. You'll work in a fast-paced, global environment where innovation, collaboration, and performance are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze integration requirements and propose appropriate SOA-based solutions using Oracle Service Bus 12c+
- Design and develop interfaces, APIs, and integration flows with high performance and scalability in mind
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and security standards
- Troubleshoot and optimize Oracle WebLogic and OSB configurations for maximum uptime and performance
- Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams across geographies
- Support functional and performance testing phases, providing root cause analysis and fixes as needed
- Work in Agile-based delivery models and contribute to sprint planning and demos
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience in middleware development using Oracle Service Bus (OSB)
- Strong expertise in Oracle WebLogic, Java, Oracle Database, and PL/SQL
- Solid understanding of integration patterns, SOA principles, and enterprise service design
- Ability to troubleshoot complex OSB and WebLogic issues and implement configuration/performance improvements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Core Banking integrations
- Exposure to IBM Integration Bus or other middleware platforms
- Familiarity with financial messaging standards and API security frameworks
