Job Description:We are looking for German Bilingual professionals with B2-level certification to join our team immediately. The role involves handling German language processes and supporting business operations with high-quality communication and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle German language-based processes (written and/or verbal communication)
- Translate, review, and respond to German emails/documents as required
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure process accuracy and turnaround time
- Maintain quality standards and follow process guidelines
- Meet productivity and performance targets
Eligibility Criteria:
- German language proficiency: B2 certification (mandatory)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to join immediately
- Candidates must be currently residing in Hyderabad
- Only Hyderabad-based candidates are eligible to apply
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in a German language process or BPO/shared services
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
