Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Manage day-to-day office activities and maintain attendance records.
  • Create and maintain Excel sheets and handle accounts.
  • Handle customer calls and perform recovery calls.
  • Perform data entry tasks using relevant software.
  • Maintain daily accounts and handle general administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and send reports to the Head Office (HO).
