Job Description:
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce solutions and hands-on pre-sales experience. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technology solutions, drive client discussions, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and support pre-sales activities including proposal creation, demos, and solution pitches.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions.
Work with stakeholders to design and optimize Salesforce functionalities (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds).
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery.
Support pre-sales activities: solution design, RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, demos, and proposal support.
Act as a trusted advisor for clients, aligning Salesforce solutions with business objectives.
Stay updated with Salesforce product roadmap and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4-5 years experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA).
23 years pre-sales experience in solution design, demos, and client engagement.
Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds).
Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant, or Architect) preferred.
