Job Description

• Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors/SAP HCM solutions to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Guide customers on SAP best practices for quick wins.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and trainings.
• Implement industry/corporate process improvements across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP).
• Develop and assure quality of process models.
• Perform feasibility studies/solution reviews and support pre-sales activities.
• Lead and conduct requirement gathering workshops & trainings.
• Demonstrate advanced/expert knowledge of modeling standards and tools.
• Support escalated projects and contribute to the Business Process Library approach.
• Act as a coach for colleagues and lead customer stakeholders in their digital journey with comprehensive knowledge across SAP solution portfolio.
• Engage in business blueprinting/requirement gathering, configuration/customizing, functional specification preparation, cut-over-planning, documentation, feasibility study, global roll-out, testing, training, and consulting.
