Roles and Responsibilities

• We are looking for recruiters who have been working and can build relationship with the customers and consultants We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our IT teams.
  
• Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
  
• Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
  
• Need to have experience in end to end recruitment Experience : 1 to 2 Years into HR Recruitment as well as generalist activities for IT based company.
  
• Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement.
  
• Knowledge in end to end recruitment life cycle, understanding manpower requirements, posting jobs, Sourcing, Scheduling Training & Development Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
  
• Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

• Floor Management and Employee Management

• We are looking for the candidates who are willing to work in the Office

• Candidate should have the 4 to 6 years experience in HR Domain
• Candidate should have the Basic knowledge on Bench Sales and OPT internal Recruitment
