About Position:
The Python/LangChain Architect will design and build enterprise-grade AI/LLM applications, leveraging LangChain framework and modern Python ecosystem to create intelligent, scalable solutions.

What You'll Do:
- Design and architect end-to-end LLM-powered applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and related frameworks
- Define technical strategy for integrating Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) into enterprise systems
- Build robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB)
- Create reusable components, chains, and agents for various AI use cases
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model selection, and context management
- Design data ingestion and preprocessing pipelines for document processing and knowledge base creation
- Implement monitoring, logging, and evaluation frameworks for LLM applications
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to deliver production-ready solutions
- Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI practices in all implementations
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 10 to 12 years of software development experience with 5+ years in Python
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with LangChain, LLM integration, and prompt engineering
- Deep understanding of transformer models, embeddings, and vector similarity search
- Expertise in Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask) and async programming
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, ChromaDB)
- Strong knowledge of NLP, text processing, and document parsing libraries
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with ML frameworks (Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Understanding of API design, microservices, and distributed systems
- Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, model evaluation, and optimization techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguous requirements
