  • Handle international calls from clients across various countries, including UK and US.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Work on an evening shift (UK time zone) with flexibility for rotational week offs.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively handle complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
