About Position:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Azure cloud services and a strong development background. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about building scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure solutions. You will lead DevOps initiatives, drive cloud adoption, and collaborate across teams to implement best practices in CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and container orchestration.

What You'll Do:
- Lead design and optimization of ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and IT Asset Management (HAM & SAM).
- Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational objectives.
- Design and configure ServiceNow workflows for ITSM modules ensuring automation and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional workflows
- Work with ServiceNow developers and architects to implement modules and integrations.
- Validate configurations and workflows through testing and QA.
- Develop process documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Maintain accurate records of workflows and configurations.
- Engage with cross-functional teams for smooth adoption of processes.
- Provide training and guidance on new workflows and ServiceNow functionalities.
- Monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement enhancements based on feedback and evolving business needs.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM best practices.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow workflow design for ITSM modules.
- Familiarity with CMDB design, HAM & SAM lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to design and optimize ITSM processes for large-scale organizations.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline creation.
- Strong Development experience.
