Maintain the facility according to the specifications described by Sodexo Facility Manager Services India Pvt. Ltd. And the Client.
Key Responsibilities
Perform diversified duties in the reception area mainly consisting into: Managing the reception
Advising and providing assistance Orienting and connecting people Promoting the companys image.
Report to the Facilities Manager. Collaborate with other members of the staff, as required.
The receptionist is responsible for the activities of the reception as well as for the cleanliness of the reception area.
Physically welcome outsiders as well as people from the organization. Advice and assist.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 3-5 years experience in any facility management company or in a hospitality industry.
Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
