Role: Front Office Associate

Location: Bangalore

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude (service with a smile).
Handle check-ins, check-outs, registrations, and ID verifications.
Guide guests with clear information on rooms, rules, facilities, and events.
Handle calls, queries, and basic coordination with housekeeping and operations.
Maintain daily records, billing entries, and simple Excel/Word updates.
Resolve guest concerns politely and escalate when needed.
Support hostel operations during rush hours and shift transitions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-friendly front desk area.
