Skill Set Requirement for Embedded Linux BSP Developer :-

• Strong C/C++ programming skills.
• Good knowledge of Linux Commands and Shell Scripting.
• Good knowledge of Ubuntu Host setup and cross tool chain installation for Embedded Linux Development.
• Knowledge on boot loader source code and compilation.
• Knowledge on Kernel source code, kernel configuration and compilation.
• Knowledge on device tree Customization and configuration.
• Knowledge on protocols like GPIO, UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, Ethernet, WiFi , Bluetooth, Audio , Display, Camera, Sensors, DAC, ADC, Timers, DMA, PWM, watchdog, GPS, 4G, Socket etc.
• Knowledge on Linux Build Systems like Yocto,buildroot, busybox.
• Knowledg of porting linux based Operating System on the Embedded Platform.
• Knowledge on Open Source Evaluation Board like Raspberry Pi, Beagle Bone black etc
• Basic knowledge of understanding Board Schematics, datasheets and hardware components.
• knowledge of Embedded Linux Systems Debugging and Testing tools.
• Good knowledge in Linux Internals, Multi-threading programming, IPCs and Synchronisation Techniques.
• Experience in configuring drivers for peripherals such as Ethernet/ Wi-Fi / Bluetooth, Audio, Display, CAN etc
• Experience in Android AOSP Compilation and Configuration will be added advantage.
• Good Knowledge of Version Control Systems like Git, Jira, Bitbucket.
• Good communication skills and ability to learn new things.
