Employees in E1/E2 and D3 grades are eligible for applying for this position. For employees in E1 and E2 band, there will be a one level vertical movement, while for employees in D3 band, it will be a lateral movement. The employee must have completed at least one year in their current role.
He/She should have a minimum rating of 4 in last appraisal cycle.
He/She should not have any disciplinary issue reported against him/her in past 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our clients and driving strategic value for them by optimizing their revenue cycle outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, compliance, and overall financial performance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
Work with clients to identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve billing accuracy, and increase revenue collection.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the revenue cycle.
Collaborate with internal teams (coding, billing, compliance, etc.) to resolve complex client concerns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Understand client s ecosystem and challenges, and identify opportunities where we can expand Medusind s services within the client.
