Lead Lean Six Sigma Green Belt-level projects to optimize processes, reduce defects, and improve efficiency.
Conduct detailed process assessments, identify gaps, and design data-driven solutions for US healthcare operations (RCM, claims, enrollment, billing, provider/payer functions, etc.).
Develop SOPs, process documentation, and control plans to drive standardization.
Track and report project outcomes using KPIs, CTQs, SLAs, and financial impact metrics.
Collaborate with operations, quality, compliance, and technology teams to ensure sustainable improvements.
Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, payer/provider guidelines).
Coach and mentor team members on Lean tools, structured problem-solving, and Opex best practices.
Present insights, progress, and recommendations to senior leadership.
5-10 years of experience in Operational Excellence or Process Improvement within the US healthcare domain.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (mandatory); Black Belt certification is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of US healthcare-RCM
Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes through LSS projects.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, Power BI, etc.).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
