About the Role
We are urgently hiring Graduate candidates for immediate openings in Voice, Chat and Email support process for leading MNC clients in Noida. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels (voice calls, chat and email) to international and domestic customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice calls, live chat, and email professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Resolve issues proactively and escalate unresolved cases to relevant teams.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to process guidelines.
- Record and document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and enhance customer experience.
