Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Accounts Receivable Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable and excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer payments, invoices, and outstanding balances.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment from customers.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
