Role Overview

Aspire is looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client portfolio across IT and Non-IT recruitment, staffing, and RPO solutions. The role is focused on new client hunting, commercial closures, and revenue growth by building long-term relationships with enterprise and emerging business accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new client for IT + Non-IT hiring solutions.
  • Drive B2B prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, industry networking, and digital channels.
  • Pitch Aspires RPO solutions, permanent staffing, and retained search offerings with strong commercial clarity.
  • Own commercial discussions including pricing, contracts, margins, and service commitments.
  • Build and nurture relationships with HR Heads, CXOs, TA leaders, procurement, and hiring decision makers.

  • Research opportunities across sectors such as Fintech, BFSI, SaaS, Manufacturing, FMCG, EdTech, and IT Services.
  • Structure and execute vendor empanelment processes, partnership onboarding, and long-term recruitment engagements.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment or HR solution sales with strong new client acquisition outcomes.
  • Familiarity with hiring models including contingency, permanent staffing, RPO.
  • Comfortable working with targets and high-volume prospecting.

Good-to-Have

  • Prior background in recruitment agency or HR consulting sales.
  • Experience servicing or selling to IT/Tech or Manufacturing companies.
  • Experience using sales enablement and lead generation tools.
  • Experience pitching to HR procurement and vendor onboarding teams is a plus.
