Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IAM Engineer to join our team at Medusind Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity Access Management and be able to design, implement, and manage secure access systems.
Roles and Responsibility
- Design and implement secure access systems to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data.
- Develop and maintain identity access management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks associated with identity access management.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure the security of identity access management systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on identity access management best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging threats related to identity access management.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of identity access management principles and technologies such as LDAP, OAuth, and SAML.
- Experience with authentication protocols such as Kerberos and NTLM.
- Knowledge of access control mechanisms such as role-based access control (RBAC) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Familiarity with cloud-based identity access management platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
