Location: Bangalore ( 3 shifts )

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled L2 Network & Security Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise network operations, security management, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing Radware Load Balancers, Palo Alto Firewalls, and Cisco Nexus Switches, along with a solid understanding of data center and enterprise infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and support Radware Load Balancer environments including traffic management, health monitoring, policies, and HA configurations.
- Administer and maintain Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls including policy management, security rule configuration, NAT, VPN, Threat & URL filtering, upgrades, and monitoring.
- Operate and support Cisco Nexus Switches (5K/7K/9K) including VLANs, VPC, Layer 2/3 configurations, routing protocols, and DC switching operations.
- Perform incident, problem, and change management aligned with ITIL practices.
- Troubleshoot network/security issues and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
- Monitor network performance and security posture using relevant tools.
- Participate in design validation, implementation, upgrades, and migrations.
- Ensure network security compliance, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Work with OEMs and vendors for escalations and technical support.
- Provide L2 operational support for enterprise/DC infrastructure.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong expertise in Radware ADC / Load Balancer
- Strong experience in Palo Alto Firewall Administration
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus Switching platforms
- Knowledge of Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, STP, VLAN, VRF)
- Understanding of Network Security concepts (IPS/IDS, VPN, Threat Prevention)
- Exposure to DC Network Architecture
- Experience working with monitoring & ticketing tools like ServiceNow/Remedy
Certifications (Preferred)
- Palo Alto PCNSA / PCNSE
- Cisco CCNA / CCNP Security
- Radware Certification (Added Advantage)
- ITIL Foundation Certification
Ethical Hacking
