Job Description

 
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 150 200 telecallers across 4 5 telesales centers.
  • Manage telesales managers, supervisors, and team leaders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Establish and enforce sales processes, quality standards, and performance benchmarks.
Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute telesales strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and retention.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across centers.
Process & Performance Optimization
  • Use CRM and analytics tools to monitor lead funnel, track KPIs, and improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct regular reviews of sales scripts, pitch quality, and customer engagement.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements for efficiency and productivity.
Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Analyze sales performance data across centers to identify trends, strengths, and areas of improvement.
  • Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Implement incentive models and productivity benchmarks based on data insights.
On-Ground Involvement
  • Be hands-on and willing to work on the ground with telecallers to understand challenges.
  • Conduct floor walks, sit in on live calls, and provide coaching for skill development.
  • Ensure a culture of discipline, motivation, and accountability.
Customer-Centric Focus
  • Ensure telesales teams follow a consultative and customer-first sales approach.
  • Monitor customer feedback to continuously improve telecalling practices.

Candidate Attributes:
  • Minimum 5+ years in telesales, with proven success in managing large telesales teams (150+ telecallers).
  • Past experience in Insurance or Fintech domains strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to take a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Hands-on leader who can balance strategy with ground-level execution.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, lead funnel management, and telesales analytics.
  • Base Location: Hyderabad or Bangalore (Willing to travel as per business requirements)
  • Should be proficient in at least 2 of the following Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam
