Project Manager (Risk) @ SG Analytics

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Lead and coordinate the full lifecycle of Risk Management programs, including creating program charters, defining scope, and tracking key milestones.
• Strategic Execution: Support Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives and ensure all program plans align with business objectives and cost-benefit analyses.
• Risk & Change Management: Drive Risk Change Management initiatives, create risk management plans, and implement process improvements (process mapping/re-engineering).
• Stakeholder & Resource Management: Manage stakeholder expectations, oversee resource planning/staffing, and handle budget responsibilities.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to essential procedures, regulatory standards, and internal policies while safeguarding the firm's reputation.
• Team Management: Direct team activities, evaluate performance, and identify training needs to ensure successful delivery of results.

Preferred candidate profile

• Domain Experience: Strong understanding of Risk Management (Enterprise, Operational, or Financial Risk) and experience in Risk Change Management.
• Project Management Track Record: Proven experience driving programs/projects with a focus on process improvement and re-engineering.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in JIRA, Microsoft Project, Excel, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
• Education: Bachelors degree is mandatory; Masters degree is preferred.
• Certification: PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
