Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Field Sales and Client Acquisition Manager to lead our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and client acquisition, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and pitches to showcase products/services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in field sales and client acquisition, preferably in the SALES industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
