Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse / Hub Operations Manager to lead a large, enterprise-grade logistics and warehouse operations program for a global Fortune 500 e-commerce and technology leader.
This role is operations-heavy and execution-focused, with full ownership of warehouse/hub operations, SLA adherence, manpower management, and vendor coordination. The individual will manage a high headcount (~150+ associates) across multiple skill levels and operate in a high-compliance, zero-surprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end warehouse / hub operations for a large enterprise program
- Manage 150+ headcount including unskilled, semi-skilled, and skilled workforce
- Drive manpower planning, shift management, attendance, attrition control, and replacements
- Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, KPIs, SOPs, and compliance requirements
- Lead daily BAU operations including inbound, outbound, inventory, logistics coordination
- Manage and coordinate with vendors, supervisors, and site in-charges
- Review daily MIS, operational dashboards, and performance metrics
- Lead audits, reviews, and corrective action plans when required
- Act as the key operational SPOC for internal leadership and enterprise stakeholders
- Ensure smooth operations across shifts with focus on productivity, quality, and safety
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 815 years of experience in warehouse / hub / logistics operations
- Proven experience managing large manpower (100+ headcount)
- Strong exposure to SLA-driven, KPI-based enterprise operations
- Experience in multi-shift, high-volume environments
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Workforce management
- Vendor management
- Inventory & warehouse operations
- Compliance & audits
- Strong people leadership and on-ground execution capability
- Comfortable working in high-pressure, high-accountability environments
Preferred Background:
- Candidates from leading logistics, 3PL, supply chain, warehouse, or e-commerce operations organizations
- Experience working with large enterprise or global clients
- Prior exposure to managed services or outsourced operations models is a strong plus

- IT-only or purely technical roles
- Candidates without manpower or warehouse operations experience
- Relationship-only managers without execution ownership
