Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop HR analytics solutions using tools like Power BI, Darwin Box, and Talent Analytics to drive business decisions.
  
• Conduct data analysis on headcount, attrition rates, workforce planning, and talent management to identify trends and areas of improvement.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives that leverage HR analytics insights.
  
• Design and implement effective HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for various stakeholders.
  
• Provide expert advice on people analytics best practices to clients across industries.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-6 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field (KPO/Research).
  
• Strong proficiency in HRIS systems
  
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
  
• Experience working with Power BI or similar visualization tools; knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
