Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through headhunting, bulk hiring, mass hiring, end-to-end recruitment, corporate recruitment, sourcing profiles, and talent acquisition.
  
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client expectations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in human resources or a related field (recruitment).
  
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends and market dynamics.
  
• Proficiency in using various tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com etc. for sourcing candidates.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
