Job Description
Job Title: Credit Card Maintenance Executive US Banking
Location: Noida
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Credit Card Maintenance Executive to support US banking operations. The role involves handling end-to-end credit card maintenance activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of customer and account-related requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform credit card maintenance tasks including account updates, limit changes, fee adjustments, and profile modifications.
- Handle customer service requests related to credit card accounts as per US banking guidelines.
- Review and process maintenance requests ensuring accuracy and adherence to SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with US banking regulations, policies, and quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and escalations within TAT.
- Maintain proper documentation and update systems accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and process improvements.
- Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets consistently.
Eligibility & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).
- 14 years of experience in US banking operations, preferably in Credit Card Maintenance / Back Office / Operations.
- Good understanding of credit card lifecycle, account servicing, and maintenance processes.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with US banking systems and workflows.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
