Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition professionals on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis. Based on performance and business requirements, selected candidates may be confirmed and absorbed into the companys permanent rolls. Preferred experience in hiring Medical Coding professionals/ Accounts Receivable (AR) within the RCM industry. The role involves end-to-end recruitment of experienced coders across multiple specialties such as IPDRG, Surgery Coding, and related coding domains / Hospital Billing, Physician Billing, Prior Authorization, Credit Balance, and related domains. The incumbent should possess excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of coding skill requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Medical Coding/AR roles within the RCM domain.
- Source, screen, and close Medical Coders/ AR professionals with 1-5 years of experience.
- Hire for specialized coding skills including IPDRG, Surgery Coding, E&M, ED, OPD, and related specialties / AR workflows, denial management, follow-ups, payer communication.
- Understand coding certifications, productivity benchmarks, and quality parameters to assess candidate suitability.
- Partner with operations, training, and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Conduct HR screening to evaluate technical exposure, communication skills, stability, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules, track feedback, and ensure timely offer closures.
- Manage offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards, MIS, and candidate pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with hiring SLAs and deliver on volume and niche hiring requirements.
- Provide a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in RCM recruitment, specifically Medical Coding/AR.
- Hands-on exposure to hiring for IPDRG, Surgery Coding, Home Health and specialty coding roles.
- Good understanding of coding certifications (AAPC/AHIMA preferred) / AR processes and specialties (Hospital Billing, Physician Billing, Prior Authorization, Credit Balance).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing capabilities using job portals, referrals, and social platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions across locations.
- Result-oriented with strong follow-up and closure skills.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline. Postgraduate in Human Resources.
- Certification exposure in Medical Coding/ compliance and regulatory aspects in healthcare recruitment is an added advantage.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience hiring for US Healthcare / RCM organizations.
- Exposure to volume hiring as well as niche specialty coding roles.
- Willingness to support hiring across Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
Conversion to Full-Time:
