Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Night Shift | 2-Way Cab (Up to 35 KM)
Working Days: 5 Days Working | Saturday & Sunday Off
Package: 4 LPA | 27,000 Take Home
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate / Under Graduate
- Minimum 1+ year experience in International Technical Support Voice
- Freshers Max Ctc 3 lpa
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Mandatory experience in Upselling & Cross-Selling
- Experience in providing real-time technical support (hardware/software)
- Printer configuration & troubleshooting preferred
- Handling Inbound Technical Support Calls
Gap Criteria:
- More than 1 year gap Not eligible
- Freshers allowed only with max 2 years gap
2 ) Job Title: Customer Support Executive Voice Process
Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
Shift: Day Shift (8 AM 8 PM, any 9 hours)
Working Days: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Week Off
Transport Allowance: 2,000
Salary:
- Freshers: 15,000 Take Home
- Experienced: 19,000 CTC | 14,500 Take Home
Eligibility:
- Qualification: Intermediate & Above
- Pursuing Higher Education & B.Pharmacy candidates eligible
- Languages: English & Hindi mandatory
- Regional language proficiency is an added advantage
