Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and driven US IT Recruiters who are passionate about connecting talent with opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing top IT professionals across various domains for our US clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and identify suitable candidates in a timely manner.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate rates and terms with candidates on W2, 1099, and C2C basis.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process.
- Maintain candidate and client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment goals and performance targets.
- Keep applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards updated.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Understanding of US visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, US Citizen, etc.) and employment models (W2, 1099, C2C).
- Strong sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Previous experience in US staffing/recruitment preferred.
