Job Description
What you ll build:
- You primarily work with the product, design, and develop new features, and support the SRE team to run it on the Cloud platform as a Platform Engineer.
- You provide hands-on contribution for creating high-quality Cloud services with reliability, performance, availability, and security as a priority.
- You help design and develop the Cloud-based features leveraging GenAI and enhancements for products and solutions.
- Build, improve, and secure our multi-cloud, multi-tenant environments to be performant and cost efficient.
What you bring:
- 5 to 8 years of hands on development experience in Java/J2EE and related technologies.
- Experience designing and developing scalable, distributed, and cloud-native systems with a solid understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience of building cloud-based applications with knowledge of cloud platforms (like AWS/Azure) and Cloud Foundry.
- Good knowledge in Messaging systems like Kafka. Exposure to Apache Camel.
- Exposure to GenAI concepts and Copilot.
- Strong grasp in database system preferably PostgreSQL. Experience of working in distributed systems.
- Experience with RESTful API design and consumption, including secure and performant service communication.
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with SAP UI5 and JavaScript or similar technologies for building rich, enterprise-grade user interfaces.
- Ability to work closely with product design and UX teams to deliver intuitive and high-quality user experiences.
- Experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and GIT.
- Familiarity with CI/CD related topics and have high level understanding of working with Jenkins pipelines.
- DevOps mindset with inherent sense of ownership through the development.
