Job Description

Recruit & activate health insurance advisors under the agency channel
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Support advisors with product knowledge, training, & joint field work
Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers

Required Candidate profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in Health Insurance / Life Insurance / BFSI
Graduation is mandatory
Good communication and relationship management skills
Local candidates preferred
