Job Description
Job Summary
Moolchand Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Executive to support the Finance & Accounts department in managing financial operations, reporting, compliance, and hospital billing-related accounting. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, accuracy, and coordination with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and MIS
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Assist in monthly and annual closing of accounts
- Monitor cash flow and daily financial transactions
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
- Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, and other tax filings
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Maintain proper documentation and financial controls
- Work closely with billing, purchase, and operations teams
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- Relevant accounting or finance certification (preferred)
- Experience in hospital or healthcare finance (added advantage)
