Restaurant Management Trainee
As a Restaurant Management Trainee, you will:
- Learn all aspects of restaurant operations, including guest relations, service excellence, and business management.
- Be mentored by experienced leaders to develop your managerial skills.
- Grow into future leadership roles within Speciality Restaurants Ltd.
Eligibility:
- Hotel Management Graduates (freshers or with up to 45 years of experience).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Passion for the F&B industry and a customer-first approach.
Kitchen Management Trainee
As a Kitchen Management Trainee, you will:
- Train in kitchen operations, culinary standards, food safety, and kitchen management practices.
- Work closely with expert chefs to understand Italian cuisine and international culinary techniques.
- Develop into future kitchen leadership roles within Speciality Restaurants Ltd.
Eligibility:
- Hotel Management Graduates (freshers or with up to 45 years of experience).
- Culinary passion with a keen interest in Italian and international cuisine.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining high standards.
