Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter with at least 6 months of experience in bulk and volume hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring a large number of candidates within tight timelines while ensuring quality and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for Male Candidate
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk and volume hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, social media, and campus drives
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate follow-ups
- Maintain accurate recruitment data
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for open positions
- Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Required Skills & Qualification
- Minimum 6 months of experience in bulk/volume hiring
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
- Basic knowledge of HR recruitment processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ATS (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
