Job Description
Role: M365 Support
Location: Greater Noida
- Be responsible for the design, build, implementation and manage of scalable Microsoft 365 solutions ,with the focus of messaging (Exchange online), communication(Teams), Collaboration (Share point online, OneDrive for business),End point(Microsoft end point manager, Intune),Office 365 Apps(Power Automate, insights, forms, planner, stream, To-do, etc)
- Execute assessment, Migration and implementation plans to deploy Microsoft 365 solutions and migrate environments from on-premises systems to Microsoft 365.
- Go technically deep across Microsoft 365 services, actively seek solutions to the need of internal and external customers, communicate trends to management and drive Microsoft 365 product improvements.
- Support the evolution of Microsoft 365 services through the design and implementation of new service features.
- Prepare technical documentation on Microsoft 365 services and related procedures and operations.
- Maintain the operational health of O365 online environment including security, availability, performance, Interoperability and reliability.
- Hands on experience in Cloud technologies i.e. Azure, AWS
- Understanding of Edge Transport or Email Firewall systems.
- Excellent understanding of access management, federated identity, 2-factor solutions, and LDAP directory
- Hands on experiences in windows infrastructure services like, AD, DNS, DHCP, Group policies, Direct Access (Remote Access), PKI (certificate authority)
- Experience in handling critical incidents and escalations.
- Strong knowledge on ITIL processes specially on Problem, Change and Incident Management.
- Flexible to work for 24*7 team and ensure the coverage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
