Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage day-to-day office activities and maintain attendance records.
Create and maintain Excel sheets and handle accounts.
Handle customer calls and perform recovery calls.
Perform data entry tasks using relevant software.
Maintain daily accounts and handle general administrative tasks.
Prepare and send reports to the Head Office (HO).
