Job Description
We are hiring 500+ Customer Support Executives for a reputed MNC client. The role involves handling customer queries through voice and non-voice channels, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, or chat
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Deliver a positive customer experience consistently
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate (any stream)
Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
Skills:
Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge
Relocation: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad
Work Details
Working Days: 5 days a week
Shifts: 247 rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Salary Package
23,000 38,000 per month
