Job Opening: Senior Associate Live Underwriting (4Cs) Experience is mandatory.

Shift Timing: 6.30 PM 6:30 AM (US Shift)
Weekends Off: Any 2 rotational off
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role
We are hiring skilled and detail-oriented Live Underwriters to join our lending team. This role is critical in evaluating loan applications, assessing borrower creditworthiness, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review loan applications and supporting documents (income, credit, property valuations)
- Analyze financial statements, tax returns, employment history, and debt-to-income ratios
- Prepare underwriting summaries and recommend loan structures
- Communicate lending decisions clearly to stakeholders
- Reconcile complex accounts and prepare daily aging reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (mandatory)
- 13 years of experience in loan underwriting (manufactured housing preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Skills Required
- Typing speed: 25 WPM with 80% accuracy
- Pattern recognition and problem-solving
